Open Enrollment

The Nampa School District strives to be your district of choice. We offer open enrollment for all of our elementary and secondary schools on a space-available basis. You can request the school that is the best fit for your child. Open enrollment is available for parents who live inside or outside of the district boundaries.

Applications for the 2018-2019 school year must be received by January 31, 2018, to receive priority consideration. Applications received after that will be reviewed and considered based on space availability at the requested school.

Please review the Open Enrollment Procedure before completing an application. Important points to consider when applying include:

Transportation of open enrolled students is the parent’s responsibility. Parents must contact Brown Bus to determine if busing is available through an existing route.

Open enrollment may be denied or revoked because of unacceptable behavior, false or misleading information on the application, poor attendance, a documented pattern of late arrivals or late pickups, or other circumstances that interfere with the learning environment as determined by the Superintendent or designee.

Denials or revocations may be appealed.

The Nampa School District no longer accepts paper applications for open enrollment. To apply for open enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year, use the links below to submit the application in your preferred language
Applications received in January will be reviewed in February, and parents will be notified via email by the end of March.
