Is your child new to NSD or starting Kindergarten? Or are you a returning family? Now’s the time to get prepared to register for the upcoming school year!

✅ New to NSD or Kindergarten?
Make sure to have:
• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records
• Proof of Residency (dated within 30 days)
-Returning Students: (All current NSD Students)
Required: Log in to FinalForms and update your student’s info. You’ll also need to upload a current proof of residency.
🏀 ATHLETES:
Reminder: All athletic registrations is required to be completed through FinalForms as every student-athlete must register to participate in school sports.
