Phil Diplock, Vice-Principal

Mr. Diplock was raised in Southern California and went on to become a Los Angeles County Sherriff's Deputy for over 10 years before moving to Idaho.  He began a new career in education in 2003 at East Valley Middle School in Nampa and worked there until Columbia opened in 2006.  Phil was hired as the Head of Security and Head Baseball Coach.  Phil’s varsity baseball team won the State Title in 2007 in the first year of Columbia’s existence.  Phil became the Dean of Students in 2008 and in 2009 started up the Law Enforcement program with Officer Hoiosen. Mr. Diplock stepped away from Coaching in 2014 and became the Vice Principal in 2013-14. He is returning to Head Baseball Coach this spring. Mr. Diplock enjoys hockey and reading in his free time.
